About Caitlin
Helping adults and students build strategies that work with their ADHD, not against it.

Hi, I’m Caitlin
I hold a BA in Social Work and have spent over 7 years working as an Advanced Social Work Practitioner. Throughout my career, I’ve gained extensive experience supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions, including ADHD.
My approach is neurodiversity-affirming — I believe ADHD is not something to be fixed, but something to be understood. I help my clients work with their brain rather than fighting against it, developing practical strategies that fit their unique needs and lifestyle.
Whether you’re a university student struggling to manage deadlines, or an adult navigating the demands of work and daily life, I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can work together to build systems that genuinely help.

ADHD mentoring is a non-clinical service. I am not a therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist. Mentoring does not replace diagnosis, therapy, or medical treatment. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please contact your GP or a qualified mental health professional.
