1. Overview

I aim to provide a fair and transparent approach to cancellations and refunds. This policy applies to all mentoring sessions booked through my website.

2. Cancellation by You

• More than 24 hours’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule your session free of charge.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: The full session fee of £125 will be charged and is non-refundable.
• No-shows: If you do not attend a scheduled session without notice, the full session fee will be charged and is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation by Me

If I need to cancel a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, I will offer you:

• An alternative date and time at your convenience, or
• A full refund of the session fee.

4. Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given. You can reschedule through Calendly or by emailing me directly.

5. Refund Requests

If you believe you are entitled to a refund outside of the circumstances described above, please get in touch at caitlin.hollywoodlai@gmail.com. I will review each request on a case-by-case basis and aim to respond within 5 working days.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 working days of approval.
