ADHD Coaching & Mentoring in London
Practical, neurodiversity-affirming support for adults and university students across London. Online sessions that fit around your busy city life.
ADHD Support for People in London
Finding ADHD support in London can feel overwhelming. With multiple NHS trusts covering different boroughs, including South London and Maudsley (SLaM), Barnet Enfield and Haringey, and Camden and Islington, NHS waiting lists can stretch to several years depending on your borough. Many Londoners are left without support while they wait.
Whether you are a student at UCL, King's College, Imperial, or any of London's many universities, or a professional navigating the demands of city life, my mentoring bridges that gap. You may also be able to speed up your assessment through the Right to Choose pathway, and I can help you navigate that process too.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions from people in London looking for ADHD support.
Do you offer in-person ADHD coaching in London?
All sessions are delivered online via Google Meet. This means you get the same high-quality, personalised support without battling the Tube or spending hours commuting across London. Many clients find online sessions actually work better for their ADHD, as they can be in their own comfortable environment.
How much does ADHD coaching cost in London?
Single sessions are £125 for 60 minutes. I also offer bundles: 3 sessions for £320 (save 15%) or 5 sessions for £470 (save 25%). This is often more affordable than London-based ADHD coaches, and you can start with a free 15-minute discovery call to see if it is right for you.
How long are NHS ADHD waiting lists in London?
London has some of the longest ADHD waiting times in the country. Trusts like South London and Maudsley (SLaM) and Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health Trust can have waits of two to four years or more. You do have the right to request a Right to Choose referral to a private provider like Psychiatry-UK, which can significantly reduce your wait. My mentoring can support you while you wait for assessment or diagnosis.
Can university students in London access ADHD mentoring?
Yes, I work with students at UCL, King's College London, Imperial College, London Metropolitan University, City University, and many other London institutions. If you receive Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA), your ADHD mentoring sessions may be funded through your support package. Contact your university disability service to find out more.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to work with you?
No. You do not need a formal diagnosis. Many of my clients in London are on NHS waiting lists, going through private assessment, or simply recognise ADHD traits in themselves. My mentoring is open to anyone experiencing executive function challenges.
