Friendly, practical and no pressure
Book an ADHD Mentoring Discovery Call
Tell me what is feeling difficult, ask questions about mentoring and decide whether working together feels like the right fit.
Choose Your 15-Minute Call
Select an available time below. You pay £10 when you book, and Cal.com will send the meeting details and confirmation.
The discovery call is £10 for 15 minutes, and I refund the £10 in full if you book a mentoring session, bundle or forms session within 30 days of the call. In your first 14 days (counted from the day after you book, or buy a bundle) you can cancel anything that has not happened yet for a full refund, however late. After that, cancel or move a booking with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund. With less notice, the booking is charged in full. If you do not turn up and have not told me, the fee is not refunded, because I kept that time for you.
Please do not include sensitive health information in optional booking notes. We can discuss what support you want during the call.
What We Can Cover
- The practical challenges you want help with
- How one-to-one ADHD mentoring works
- Whether my experience suits your situation
- Pricing, availability and possible next steps
Clear Scope, Honest Fit
The call is not an assessment, therapy session, medication consultation or crisis service. I will be honest if mentoring is not the right support, and there is no pressure to book.
