Help With PIP Forms for ADHD
A guided 2-hour session to help you describe how ADHD affects your daily life, clearly and honestly, so your PIP application reflects your genuine experience.
PIP Forms Are Hard. ADHD Makes Them Harder.
The PIP2 form is long, repetitive, and asks you to describe your worst days in detail. For someone with ADHD, that is an executive function nightmare. You might struggle to remember specific examples, underplay your difficulties because you have spent years masking, or simply freeze when you see pages of blank boxes.
I have supported people through this process as both a social worker and an ADHD mentor. I know which descriptors are most relevant to ADHD, and I know how to help you find the words for things you have normalised for years. You are not exaggerating. You are finally telling the truth about how hard some things actually are.

PIP Descriptors That Often Apply to ADHD
ADHD affects far more daily activities than most people realise. Here are the areas we typically work through together.
Preparing Food
Forgetting pans on the hob, struggling to plan meals, burning food, or relying on ready meals because cooking feels overwhelming.
Managing Medication
Forgetting doses, losing medication, taking the wrong amount, or needing reminders and systems to stay on track.
Washing & Dressing
Task initiation paralysis, forgetting steps, or needing verbal prompts to start or complete personal care routines.
Planning Journeys
Time blindness causing lateness, overwhelm navigating unfamiliar routes, anxiety about public transport, or needing someone to plan journeys for you.
Budgeting & Financial Decisions
Impulsive spending, forgetting to pay bills, losing track of finances, or needing support managing money effectively.
Engaging With Others
Emotional dysregulation in social situations, rejection sensitivity, sensory overload in busy environments, or withdrawing due to overwhelm.
How the Session Works
A structured but relaxed process designed to make this as painless as possible.
You Bring Your Form
You must already have the PIP2 form in your possession. Have it open and ready, along with any supporting evidence like diagnosis letters or GP records.
We Work Through It Together
I ask questions to help you reflect on your genuine experiences. We go through each relevant descriptor together, and I help you find clear, honest language.
You Write Your Answers
Everything you write comes from your own truthful experiences. I guide and support, but I do not fill in the form for you or write responses on your behalf.
Important: Please Read Before Booking
- I am here to support you, not do it for you. I help you reflect on your genuine experiences and find the right words. I do not fill in forms on your behalf.
- I am not a benefits advisor. I am not a lawyer, doctor, or welfare rights worker. Nothing in this session counts as legal, medical, or benefits advice.
- I cannot promise a specific outcome. PIP decisions are made by the DWP based on your individual circumstances. I cannot guarantee a successful claim.
- Everything you write is yours. You are fully responsible for what you choose to write and submit.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about the PIP forms support session.
Do you fill in the PIP form for me?
No. This is a guided session where I help you reflect on your genuine experiences and find the right words to describe them clearly and honestly. Everything you write comes from your own truthful experiences, and you are fully responsible for what you submit.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to book this session?
A formal diagnosis is not required to claim PIP, but having one can strengthen your application. If you are awaiting diagnosis or have been recently diagnosed, I can still help you articulate how your symptoms affect your daily life.
What do I need to have ready before the session?
You must already have the PIP form (PIP2: How your disability affects you) in your possession before booking. You should also have any supporting evidence you plan to reference, such as diagnosis letters, GP letters, or medication records.
How long is the session?
The Help With Forms session is 2 hours long, which gives us plenty of time to work through the descriptors that apply to you without feeling rushed. It costs £230 and takes place online via Google Meet.
Can you guarantee my PIP claim will be successful?
No. I cannot guarantee any specific outcome. PIP decisions are made by the DWP based on your individual circumstances. What I can do is help you describe your experiences as clearly and thoroughly as possible, so the assessor has the best chance of understanding how ADHD affects your daily life.
What PIP descriptors are relevant to ADHD?
Many ADHD symptoms map onto PIP descriptors for daily living, including preparing food (executive function and safety), managing medication (memory and routine), washing and dressing (task initiation), planning journeys (time blindness and overwhelm), and engaging with others (emotional regulation and sensory overload). We work through each descriptor together to find the ones that genuinely apply to you.
